17th – 20th October 2019

The Open de France takes place on the illustrious Albatros course at Le Golf National, Paris, France.

Le Moulin de la Tuilerie, is a serene and beautiful setting for you to relax after a day at the French Open, and is just 10km from the Le Golf National and can provide a fantastic base if you are planning to attend the competition.

The competition itself is a historic event dating back to 1906 and is the oldest national open in continental Europe. The Open de France has been part of the European Tour since the Tour’s inception in 1972 and held at Le Golf National since 1991.

All the big names will be there as the tournament is very important to players who want to qualify for The Open Championship (the British Open), which is one of the four major championships held throughout the year. The top three from this tournament, who haven’t already qualified, will qualify to the Open.

Le Moulin de la Tuilerie, is the former home of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, and played a part when the Ryder Cup was held at Le Golf National in 2018, when it hosted the officials for the tournament.
